Baby sensitivities?

Just wondering if anyone has noticed their LO being sensitive to something you eat other than dairy/soy/eggs? My 8 week old for the past two days has had large watery and mucousy BMs. She's done fine with dairy in the past but I cut dairy and soy anyway recently in case it would help her reflux (frequent spit ups). Not sure if this is just a bug she cought or could be due to something else I'm eating.
