I’ve started getting a lot of bot comments on my videos all of a sudden

I used to get the occasional bot comment on my videos but there’s been a big uptick recently. On my video I posted today 10 out of the 12 comments have either been the triple emoji reaction or in Vietnamese or Thai, when translated it’s random.

Had a few comments like that on my last video and when translated it was like “great product, worked very well”. My account is travel and I wasn’t promoting anything so it doesn’t have anything to do with products.

Was just wondering what could cause this. My video yesterday I assume someone bought some comments for their product and it accidentally got commented on my video. For the other comments I don’t really have any idea.
