Help!

Hey so I’ve had my acnl cartridge for years. I had the welcome amiibo update on my old 3ds but unfortunate circumstances led to me having to buy a new 3ds (after the online servers shut down) and on this new DS I don’t have the welcome amiibo update.

Is there a way for me to get it again? Or am I just SOL for that? Im not really interested in modding a ds or having one modded for myself, and also im just not technologically smart so thank you in advance! Lol
