Transition discussion

Hey guys! I just discovered this community, and I really identified with it! And I'm very happy about that. I'm almost 40 years old, and I'm/was really looking forward to starting a “late” transition and I'm seeing women of all ages and it makes me very excited! I would like to know about family issues, work issues, issues with the community. How was it? Because people our age already have a structured life, so it ends up being much more complex. I just started my internal transition, I haven't started my hormonal transition yet. I'm still in the process, I'm very afraid of the reaction of my family, of the people I work with, I'm a university professor and I'm very afraid of the reaction of students and co-workers. Anyway, I would love to see your report!
