Headaches With New Hayward ColoLogic Lights

New pool owner here. Having a headache with the lights and going in circles with support.

Have 2 LSCUS22100 lights Powered by a LTSUY11300 transformer And an OmniLogic controller

Both lights are wired to separate relays in the transformer. When we initially configure the lights everything functions correctly. Light types are set to UCL and OmniDirect Mode is enabled. The issues arise after the lights are turned off and then turned back on. They are then stuck in the last show or color from when we configured them. Changing color or show the lights will dip to black and come back in the same state. So it seems commands are going to the transformer. If we re-configure the lights again, they function correctly until they are turned off and back on at a later time.

Any ideas? We've already swapped the command cables.
