Is there still no way to have current heart rate displayed on the screen?!

Even the third party apps only update every few minutes.

I won an Apple Watch Ultra 2 at work and, after I dropped AW for Garmin about a year ago, I figured I would give it another try.

Garmin has moment by moment heart rate displayed on the screen. I need this for health reasons.

Super disappointed. Is there a workaround?
