How is the Tuskgor chariot kit?

Hi, I'm new to brayherds and just starting to get into old world. I've read that our chariots are quite good but I don't see many posts/pics/videos actually looking at the chariot kit that GW sells for TOW.

Do you use it, or kitbash with something else?

I haven't worked with metal minis before and the description is kind of unclear about which bits are metal.

Is it worth dealing with?

If not, which kits work best for kitbashing?
