should i report?

one of the night SL is constantly talking bad about me saying he’d rather khs than work with me, and constantly bragging abt taking bad about me. when i brought the issue up to my gm he said he said he doesn’t like me before so there’s nothing he can do about it, which i think is bs he could easily talk to him saying as a manager you can’t talk about employees like that, or he could write him up, demote him, or even fire him. what’s so annoying about this whole situation is if anyone else even makes a comment negative about another employee my gm goes off on them, but since my gm doesn’t like me he lets it slide. it’s honestly so frustrating
