Does this sound like ovarian ca?

31 female. I was pregnant last year from sept-mid December. Had a few pelvic ultrasounds in this time frame. Starting the beginning of January, I have been peeing more frequently and not small volumes. Have had urine and kidney tests done and they have been normal. In May, i started to have issues with constipation. I never really struggled with constipation lasting this long before. I did see my doctor in late May and was given Sennokot to take as needed. Do these symptoms line up with ovarian ca? Could it cause symptoms this quickly if I had nothing but peripheral follicles (8 have pcos) in my ovaries in the fall?
