Profiles replaced with red-plague?

On our family Xbox, my mom and I were signed out and our accounts were replaced with one called red-plague and had a plague doctor pfp. Both of our actual account were fine. Nothing was changed. The Xbox was all that was affected. Brother didn't do it. He never comes out of his room or uses that Xbox. What's going on?
