Rap video, 2010-2015-ish? Russian or Eastern European, “whatever you want….”

Looking for a music video from 2010-2015-ish. It was 1 or 2 white rappers from maybe Russia or another Eastern European country. It may have been a joke but it looked like they were serious. They were singing in English but heavily accented. The only lyrics I can remember is “whatever you want…”, and then some mention of Biggie and Tupac.
