Need some help fellas rapid detox

So due to some unfortunate circumstances I have to quit, I was on 1mg until 2 weeks ago, and have been taking .6-.75mg the last week, I have about 2 weeks off work rn and hope I can detox in that time (I work a very physical job). Should I just pull the band aid off? Will keep a small amount and dosing .2 or so every few days set back my detox?
