Why does all content feel like it's made for men?

I am a guy here, but I feel like I will watch a video from a woman and she is explaining her views and feels the need to say "this is from a woman's perspective". I don't have an issue with that, but I feel like every female content creator I watch has a vibe that men are the intended audience or there is some uncertainty in their opinions. I don't want to sound like I'm putting words in someone's mouth but just a way I feel, and it's obviously not my place to judge or have a preference really.

Again, no judgement but has anyone else felt this way? Women, have you noticed this?
