I don’t like it when people aren’t dressed for the weather

I saw a guy today with sweatpants and a hoodie with the hood pulled over his head. That shit pisses me off. And when it’s February and ppl are wearing flip flops and shorts. Does this affect me? Not in the slightest. Yet it still makes me angry lol
