How to Unlock Undervolting on Lenovo Legion Slim 5 Core i9 13900H

title, I want to undervolt my computer via throttlestop or Intel extreme tuning utility, but the option is somehow greyed out/disabled/locked for me? I cannot run certain games because of some issue that they refuse to fix, and the online consensus on fixing this is by undervolting the processor for it to run. please help!
