Sunbeam F1 Pro - texting from computer? And other issues...
I'm in the 30 day trial period for the Aspen and have two potential dealbreakers I'm hoping I can resolve.
I do most of my texting from my laptop in iMessage. I now have two conversations with everyone I'm texting - one via SMS, and one via iMessage, and I can only see the iMessages on my laptop, and the SMS on my phone. I'd be willing to quit iMessage altogether if I could have all my messages in one system. I know there are some apps like Google Messages and MightyText that work with Android, but you have to actually download those apps onto the phone you want to pair. Is there any way to get SMS messages on my laptop when using Sunbeam?
One other problem I'm having is I've been unable to transfer files from my MacBook Pro to the phone via USB. It works via BlueTooth but it took 8 minutes to transfer one song. I've done all the recommended steps, been in touch with customer service, I'm using USB-C/Lightning cables that came with my Samsung SSD hard drives so I know they carry data, tried both Android File Transfer and I now have a trial of MacDroid, but the phone will not show up. If anyone's been through this, and solved it, please let me know what worked. Thank you.
