Alfaisal uni as an intl student

Hi, I’m planning to attend alfaisal as an intl student for the mbbs program this year InshaAllah. Wanted to know from the intl students about how their experience as an intl student at the uni is. Also, where do we look for accommodations? Since the uni doesn’t seem to provide it.
