What should I do?

So I am currently in the process of switching jobs (technically I’m still employed with my previous job and I’m only working one day every two week). The reason I’m switching jobs was because my previous job didn’t give me enough hours (16-20hrs a week). This new job is less pay but they promised more hours (25-30hrs a week). I start on Monday and they only gave me 11 for this upcoming week and 13 and 1/2 the next. I don’t want to sound stingy, but what should I do?
