J swap 98 civic

1998 civic ex sedan automatic(d16y8, 174k miles), i have a j35z1 ready to be pulled from a Honda Pilot. I daily a 98 civic, which will be manual swapped eventually. For now I just need to know if the j35z1 engine is worth rebuilding, upgrading and swapping?
