Are these broken blood vessels on the neck anything to worry about?

40 female 170lbs heterozygous factor 5 Leiden. ADHD medication.

My wife just noticed these broken blood vessels on her neck in the bathroom. They must’ve come on fairly suddenly within the last few hours or so.

If these were anywhere else on her body, we probably wouldn’t be worried at all, but they seem to be running along her carotid artery.

I witnessed her sneeze fairly violently a few times today and within the last hour, we were wondering if maybe that could’ve caused it? We can’t think of any other type of physical trauma that could have caused it.

Something to mention is that she has heterozygous factor five leiden. This has never been an issue for her, only found via genetic testing, but we figured it would be worth mentioning.
