Leaving Fay

Hey all. I work for both Nourish and Fay. I’m wondering if anyone has ever left one of these companies while continuing to work for the other. Since they both have access to my CAQH I am worried that they could potentially accidentally cancel my insurance credentialing that I have through Nourish. Is this even a valid concern?
