[Unknown > English] Old audio recording from web radio
In 2019, I was messing around with WebSDR and recorded some stuff to sample. But there's this audio that I can't identify not even the language it's in. Sounds vaguely Eastern European to me (there's a part where the speaker says something sounding like "zdravo" and other part something sounding like "ciocârlia"), but I can't make out any words with confidence at all.
