New ptfs training with non JIT/OJTs

Im on my last week of being a steward, had to move closer to home due to some home life things, but I'm getting my ducks in a row before then so my alternate isn't swamped while they are voting for a new steward. What sections and articles can I cite for this? Ive tried CRTL F the JCAM, and I thought 7 of the ELm would have something but its not clicking with me language-wise.
