Request for info on sources of specific defenses

What are all of the sources of player power and where is the best place to search for them?

I'm trying to learn to create my own build, and it would be really helpful to know exactly where I can get a given defensive modifier.

I want to be able to search the modifier (like “reduced extra damage from crit”) and find out what type of equipment (STR shield and shaper belt), which passives, auras, etc it can come from.

It seems like I have to search different places for each source. Are there any spreadsheets or websites that consolidate this info? Have I missed any modifier sources or do you links for the TODOs?
