Cassidy Gun Stutter

Anybody notice an increase in his gun stuttering after the most recent season/patch? I was playing him before at 80 ping and everything was smooth and suddenly I get these gun stutters every 2-3 shots now. Also anybody have a fix or solution that worked for them?
