Question about the “Sweet Dreams” Quest

I don’t see this quest completed in my journal so I have a question if this is normal or not.

Here’s what I did:

1. Paid him for the BD
2. Asked for my Eddies back

I don’t see the quest in my journal as completed. Is it supposed to be there? Kind of confused why this isn’t showing up even though the quest disappeared?
