Any ideas

I’ve been experiencing extremely heavy periods along with spotting between cycles. I had a LEEP procedure in 2010, and it’s been about three years since my last Pap smear. I recently saw my doctor, who did a pelvic exam and said my uterus feels very round. The exam was also very painful. She scheduled an ultrasound and Pap for the end of the month. I’ve also had my tubes tied since 2013. Lately, I’ve had pain during sex and noticed I need to pee a lot — not sure if that’s related. I’m looking for any advice or insight while I wait for these tests.
