Blood only in stool?

Has anybody here only had blood in the stool and not on the toilet paper? I could have weeks ago it started out only being on the toilet paper, now it’s just in the stool. It’s also always at the end of the stool.

I have my colonoscopy next Thursday & I’ve been super anxious lately. Especially now that the blood only seems to be in the stool.
