Can't get a fucking job with an Early Childhood Education even with experience and skilled

Hello,

I have a Early Childhood Education background and experiencing working with children. I am also qualified and skilled for the job. I applied everywhere and some agencies and I get nothing, ghosted or ignored and no calls back. This country and the job market broken!

It fucking unfair how my college diploma is a very useful and I cant get a job! ECE are in high demand and there fucking shortages! Still I cant get shit! idk what to anymore!
