Customer service is horrible

Man this game customer service is horrible, they get a lot of money from people and couldn't have customer service properly.
My friend couldn't get email for code verification, gmail works but his email when you input, it said "system error" right away in the game. Contacted customer service, as usual, nobody replied. Now he is unable to log on his game anymore
