Disappointing

The new nationwide only ranking for minigames is not good. I'm already a little weary of the minigames. As an older person, I feel I'm already a huge disadvantage against teens and twenty-somethings who still have great reflexes. Add in that I'm in the MIDDLE OF NOWHERE, and as such I have lag. I can't see why AE can't sync up two people in North America, when other games can sync thousands of players globally.

But back to my point... I did as well tonight in fishing as I usually do, but my payout is going to be drastically lower. I'm estimating about half. The payout for #501-1500 might seem nice, but very few people are going to dedicate two hours for 30AB. I firmly believe this change is going to lead to less folks playing the minigames, which means the prize pool for the now watered down payouts is going to shrink, meaning even lower prizes in the future. You broke a good thing, AE.
