Adderal vs ephedrine?

I got prescribed adderal but I’m on Ephedrine and caffeine stack for weight loss. Obviously I’ll have to stop the ephedrine but just wondering is it worth it to replace with addy? The general consensus is that addy is better than ephedrine and the switch will be worth it but just wanna get some of your experiences
