Is my GPU dying?

For over a year, I have been having an issue with my PC where all of my monitors will just randomly stop signaling. I have tried just about everything ranging from trying each monitor individually with different cables, swapping most parts (not the GPU, RAM, CPU, or storage), stress tests, updated every driver, and I even took it to Microcenter (no issues detected). I am still having the issue. Sometimes the fans spin really loudly after it happens, but most of the time they don't. I have monitored temps and had no issue. The only way to get it to work again is to hard restart me PC. Today, my screen flickered and then white shapes appeared across all of my monitors about 5 seconds before all of the monitors stopped signaling again. I restarted and it happened again before I could even launch a game. I tried to record it happening again, but I couldn't get it to do it then.
