How do I find a good doctor?

My LC clinic can’t help me and my neurologist isn’t that understanding of me/cfs (despite being an LC specialist). Neither of them do thorough testing and are limited in treatments they prescribe, they won’t even give me a formal me/cfs diagnosis. It seems like I need to go private. I’m looking for someone who specializes in me/cfs and LC, who does telehealth, isn’t ridiculously expensive, runs tests, and is willing to prescribe a range of treatments based on testing (bonus if they are knowledgeable about SGB). I know there’s no silver bullet but my parents want me to at least try to get better and I’d prefer to have a doctor that is understanding and MIGHT be able to move the needle for me.
