Ideas?

I’m not sure how this should work. I want to limit membership (and viewers) to PDs. How should I go about verifying people are, in fact, Idaho PDs? Do I make them provide some proof of their identity IRL? Do people want to remain anonymous? Do we allow management in here? So many questions.
