boy advice

so basically this guy added me and we were snapping but then he left me on delivered for 2 days so i unadded him(yes i was dramatic) but after a couple weeks he added me again and now we've been snapping but nothing else is happening he never texts so like what do i do, like im confused cuz why would he add me again if he didnt want to idk get to know me or something . and hes so fine like bruh what do i doooo, i need advice on if i should initiate something first or is this not going anywhere or what
