Enlarged liver; Abdominal drainage

42 y/o female, non smoker, heavy alcohol use for 20 years. Daily multi vitamin and water pill after drainage

I was recently diagnosed with an enlarged liver from drinking. My abdomen was drained and I noticed a difference immediately (2.6 liters). I’m still a little bloated in the area and can’t get on my normal fitting pants. It’s just about a week and I was wondering if this is normal or if it needs a bit of time to level out. Maybe I need more draining? I go for my follow up in 2 weeks. I haven’t had alcohol in about 3 weeks now nor do I plan to. If someone can answer this it would be much appreciated 🙏🏻
