Is this a "true" HEPA vacuum: Rigid Professional 14 Gallon w certified HEPA

Help settle a debate at our house lol. Would you consider the Rigid PRO 14 Gallon a "true" HEPA vacuum? It states it's EPA certified for lead paint renovations....but I'm more concerned about using it for mold remediation clean up.

If you have a true HEPA recommendation, I'm all ears! Thanks!
