My Credit Card has stopped being shown on my iMobile app.

I have been using the ICICI virtual credit card for around 8 years now and did not have any other relationship with them until a few months back.

My card is due for payment tomorrow. I am unable to pay the due amount through other apps as it shows that there are multiple cards with the last 4 digit combinations for my registered number (I got my card replaced due to a fraud transaction alert).

So, I have always been paying directly from the iMobile app and have been finding it a convenient way.

I opened a savings account with ICICI around 5 months back, and they created a new customer id for me. so my card was still linked to the older customer id and my savings account is in the new id.

The ICICI representative said that we could link the card in the new customer id and this way I can just forget about the older id and continue using the new one. It worked well all until now, but suddenly the card has stopped being shown on my new id and I have completely forgotten the creds for the older one.

I am stuck with a card that needs payment but I don’t have any way to pay it. I know the last 4 digits but do not have the entire card details anymore.

How do I deal with this? Please help.
