mva personal injury settlement proposal sent to me with very short review time

hi all, unsure how to word the title lol. but i was in a mva in 2018, and finally we have gotten to the part where settlement proposals and offers are being made after many many years of going through so many things.

i was told by my lawyer i could expect my proposal for review around mid june, but i was not sent my proposal until today (thurs july 3) at around 3:30pm. which is fine, i get this takes times and things come up, but my lawyer is telling me they are sending out my settlement offer to the opposing side on monday july 7th, and that just feels like such short notice for me to review the settlement and provide any changes or questions i have? like i will have 1 full business day (friday) to get them any changes or questions i have to have it ready to send for Monday, but then i have no time to actually review it.

is this a typical time frame for a client to be given to review a settlement proposal? i feel like this gives me no time to fully review and understand everything that it is saying, and this mva impacted my life significantly physically and mentally, and i have been suffering for almost 8 years now trying to get help and i want to be able to really review my settlement. i will likely be asking to have more time to review, but i just wanted to ask if this is a typical time frame for this type of thing or if its usually longer. thank you
