Fisher Paykel refrigerator leaking from bottom (I think from water filter)

I have a built in fisher paykel refrigerator. Water is leaking from the bottom exterior of the refrigerator

The red arrow on the left shows where the water is leaking from…just under the filter… I saw water dripping out of the filter housing.

I took out the filter to see if anything looked strange but it looks ok (was changed about a year ago).
There is no water dispenser in the fridge, just an ice maker. I turned off the ice maker to see if the leaking would stop but it didn’t. I believe that the water connection is ok as it is the copper pipe on the right of the photo and there is no leak there.

Anybody have any ideas? I read that a clogged filter could be the case, but I’ve had the fridge for 5 years and it never leaked, and I replaced the filter last year.

I also noticed in the back of the freezer that there is a decent amount of ice crystal buildup against the back wall, no idea if this could be related or not, but it’s the only other thing I can see that is a bit off. Thank you in advance to anyone who has any tips here! Would be happy to take more photos if that would be helpful
