Is there grievance counselling even long before the loss of someone?

Sadness / Grief

I’m having a really tough day mentally. A few tough days actually. I fell asleep crying last night and woke up in tears and they’re still flowing. I feel like my life’s falling apart right now between my business, my relationship, and my friendships. I’m sitting outside with my 10 year old dog (one of 3 senior dogs) and just came to the realization that within the next 10 years it’s unlikely that I won’t have my parents, my dogs, and quite honestly my new husband, throughout the loss of each of these important figures in my life, to comfort me. I’m just hyper fixating on the loss of all of these beings. My parents are only 70, but my relationships falling apart and my dogs are getting older. A lot of my friendships right now revolve around my marriage/his circle of friends. I’m just a puddle right now realizing how heavy grieving the loss of all of these things is going to be. I can barely keep my feet on the ground now. I just feel my entire life is going to be upside down and I have this fear I don’t know how I’ll cope.
