Crystal Golem location question

I’ve seen multiple lists say that the crystal golem spawns at a specific point at the fangshore isles but every time I search for it it’s not there, was this changed to a challenge specific encounter in an update at any point? Or is it at a different level than every other boss? I have my fangshore at rank 5
