Calibre Web install issue File Not Found

Could anybody possibly take a look at this instance and let me know what the issue is. Im running it via docker on truenas scale. This one was created via YAML. I've tried through custom app and pulled from the hub. That would only allow me to see the folder for both books and metadata.db but not actually see the db file. I've done it through the actual app through truenas scale and everythingbworked but actually being able to download the ebooks after ive added them. I know permissions are good because i can see the Metadata.db on any of the instances of the configurations I've done(accept the custom app build, Through truenas scale apps and yaml build work fully aside for the one issue). Below is logs from a yaml build. I can do other installs if you need fresh logs of those.

Also yes datasets are for 2 seperate folders calibre and ebooks. And each have apps as well as calibre users added. 568 and 3002 respectively. 1000 is taken up for filezilla which ive built through custom app and it works flawlessly. Thoughts ?
