Severe FPS drop in Sunrise hotel

Anyone else experiencing severe FPS drops in the Sunrise hotel, the one next to the broken bridge?

I go there and fpr drops, I even lowered everything that I could have been posibly related to fps (shadows, zombie spawn) but nope, still FPS drop.
