Files FTC complaint!

I accepted a Instacart order for Sam's Club. The customer kept adding to order while shopping and I ended up shopping for 100 items and pushed 2 carts ... I called support for extra pay & was told I'd be fairly compensated. But after delivery, I was only paid heavy pay for 11 items - not the other 89 for the full 100. No adjustments were made after chatting for an hour. They now say it’s too late. This is simply wage theft. After four years of working this app, I'm done!

I’ve filed complaints with FTC & AG and plan to keep going.
