[Hiring] Reddit/Discord Growth Specialist for THCa Affiliate Program 🌿

Hey everyone,

I’m looking to bring on someone who’s experienced with affiliate recruitment and influencer outreach, specifically in Reddit and Discord communities.

We’re building out an affiliate program for a small-batch THCa brand (quality-focused, Farm Bill compliant) and want someone who:

✅ Has a proven track record recruiting and managing affiliates/influencers
✅ Knows how to engage Reddit & Discord communities without spamming
✅ Can find and build relationships with micro-influencers, blog writers, and community leaders
✅ Understands compliance and tone needed in the cannabis/hemp space
✅ Can provide examples of successful campaigns or accounts they’ve grown

What you’ll be doing:

• Identifying and DMing potential affiliates on Reddit/Discord
• Engaging in relevant subreddits/servers to grow awareness organically
• Helping manage and track affiliate onboarding
• Suggesting creative ways to drive traffic and sales (blogs, listicles, partnerships)

This is a paid position, and we’re open to hourly or project-based depending on your experience.
