Is anyone’s CoC also going schizo?

I used my rune of gold to start an upgrade and I removed my shield + guard, then I went to go check out someone’s base from my clan. After I returned my gold was back to the balance before my rune, my upgrade was gone and I gained my shield back. My rune of gold was still in my account thankfully. Am I the only one experiencing this? lol
