Therapist saw me naked, could our relationship be saved?

So after our session I went to my car to rest before work. After about 30 minutes because I had some time to kill before work, I put on the windshield sun block visor to change into my work uniform. I was bottomless and my therapist walked past my car to her car. I was horrified. My windows are really tinted and it's dark inside my car, but im still worried that she might have seen something.

I mean its very hard to see someone below their belly once they are in a car, but I'm still very worried. I dont want to our therapeutic relationship to be ruined. I dont know what to do. Should I email her or pretend nothing happens and ask her next session?

Please help!!
