Switching from commercial install forman to commercial service

Employment Question

Ive been doing commercial install for 11 years now 8 of them have been as a forman . Got sick of hanging ductwork and my body is wearing out. Found a service company that wants me to do commercial install/work towards service since my current company doesnt run service calls. They only have one tech for warrenty service. The new job was only a 1.50 more than what I make now, but I decided to take it. Put in my two weeks, and the next day my boss offers me a supervisor position managing multiple projects and formans. Plus a 5 dollar raise. Just wondering what everyone's thoughts are. I know the general rule is never accept stay offers but it seems like a pretty good way to leave the back breaking work behind.
